Announcement
| Robers Management Group |
I wanted to let you know that my son-in-law has opened his own sports representation practice and law firm, and I wanted to see if you have any contacts that may be in need of sports representation or general legal assistance.
His name is Bill Robers, and he is the president of Robers Management Group. RMG provides a full range of professional services for athletes and coaches. These services include: pre-draft training, contract negotiations, procurement and negotiation of endorsement opportunities, public relations assistance, complete legal representation and financial advice. He also represents individuals in contract negotiations and disputes, as well as small businesses in need of legal advice.
Bill graduated with honors from Marquette University, and he earned his law law degree and his MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Minnesota. After receiving his degrees, he began a five-year career as a top contracts and corporate lawyer with the prestigious international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. He has experience in sports law, contracts, labor law, and executive compensation and has negotiated contracts ranging in value from a few hundred dollars to over $13 billion. He has represented professional sports teams and leagues, as well as individual athletes and coaches. In August of 2006, he left Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher to pursue his dream of representing athletes and coaches as a sports agent. In September, he opened Robers Management Group in North Orange County (Brea).
Bill is a Certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association, and is licensed to practice law in all California State Courts and the Federal Court for the Central District of California.
If you have any contacts that you believe may need the services of a licensed sports agent in any sport (including coaches), or if you or your contacts need general legal advice and representation, please contact him at 714-674-7689 or at Bill@robersmg.com. For more information, visit his website at www.robersmg.com.
