Concordia University in Orange County and Azusa Pacific University have been selected
to host the 2012 DayofGame Basketball Officials Camps.
Camp dates are as follows:
June 9 and 10 Azusa Pacific University June 23 and 24 Azusa Pacific University July 20, 21 and 22 Concordia University (Irvine)
The camp is an opportunity for officials to work competitive high school games. Officials will be evaluated by Division I Men's and Women's Basketball officials. John Dangleis, assignor for the Big West, NAIA, Div III, and Community Colleges Basketball conferences will be part of the observation crew.
The camp will focus on 3-person mechanics (both men's and women's) and other topics
related to game management. In addition, there will be general discussions on how to
advance your officiating career.
Unlike other officiating camps, I guarantee you will be observed by the best in the
profession. The observations will provide crucial insight to allow you to improve
your skills as an official. I pride myself in providing a positive learning environment for all participants.
The cost of the camp is $210.00 if paid before June 1, 2012.
The cost of the camp is $235.00 if paid on or after June 1, 2012.
